    • Wiibidate is a dating, matching, messaging, video-call, gifting, content, Premium, Credits, and monetisation service.

    • We collect personal information including names, email addresses, age/date of birth, gender, preferences, location including precise GPS where chosen, IP address, device information, profile photos/videos, public bios, messages, payment records, reports, and safety data.

    • Because Wiibidate is a dating service, some information may reveal special-category or sensitive data, including sexual orientation, relationship preferences, health, religion, ethnicity, adult content, and intimate communications.

    • We may use data for matching, safety, moderation, AI-assisted checks, advertising, targeted ads where lawful, sale/sharing where lawful, and AI training or product development where lawful and subject to required consent.

We do not currently appoint a Data Protection Officer. Privacy, safety, legal, complaints, law-enforcement, deletion, and access requests may be sent to the contact email above.

2. Scope

 

This Privacy Policy applies to users, visitors, prospective users, Premium subscribers, Credit purchasers, gift senders and recipients, monetisation participants, report submitters, appeal submitters, and persons whose information appears in content, reports, or communications on the Service.

    • Directly from you when you register, verify email, create a profile, upload content, send messages, buy Premium or Credits, send gifts, request cash-out, complain, appeal, or contact us.

 

    • Automatically when you use the Service, including through cookies, logs, device identifiers, advertising technologies, and security tools.

 

    • From other users when they interact with you, report you, block you, message you, send you gifts, mention you, or include your information in content.

 

    • From third parties such as Stripe, Bitcoin or cryptocurrency processors, app stores, cloud providers, advertising partners, affiliate partners, hosting providers, CAPTCHA providers, and law enforcement.

 

5. Purposes of processing

 

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

 

 

    • provide, operate, maintain, secure, personalise, and improve the Service;

 

    • create and manage Accounts;

 

    • verify email and, where relevant, request random or risk-based verification checks;

 

    • enable profiles, uploads, swipes, likes, friends, matches, messages, GIFs, images, video calls, gifts, Premium features, Credits, boosts, stickers, cash-outs, and notifications;

 

    • provide algorithmic matching, recommendations, ranking, visibility, Premium bar placement, random-user presentation, and country-based matching;

 

    • process payments, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, Premium renewals, Credit bundles, Bitcoin transactions, gift transactions, monetisation, and cash-outs;

 

    • moderate content and conduct, including manual and AI-assisted review;

 

    • detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fake profiles, scams, romance fraud, underage use, child safety risks, non-consensual intimate imagery, abuse, exploitation, harassment, fraud, payment abuse, security incidents, and legal violations;

 

    • provide support, respond to complaints, appeals, notices, and law-enforcement requests;

 

    • send service communications, legal notices, security alerts, renewal information, moderation notices, policy updates, and support messages;

 

    • show advertising, targeted advertising where lawful, affiliate offers, and promotional content;

 

    • sell, share, or otherwise disclose data where lawful and subject to required notices, opt-outs, or consent;

 

    • train, test, develop, improve, audit, and deploy AI and machine-learning systems, including matching, moderation, safety, verification, advertising, personalisation, and product-development systems, where lawful and subject to consent or opt-out rights where required;

 

    • use public profile content, photos, videos, and other User Content for marketing where lawful and permitted by the Terms;

 

    • comply with legal obligations, court orders, regulators, tax obligations, reporting obligations, online-safety duties, consumer-law duties, and data-protection duties;

 

    • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Sensitive information and explicit consent

 

Dating services may reveal sensitive information even when users do not directly label it as sensitive. By choosing to provide sensitive profile information, relationship preferences, Adult Content, messages, photos, videos, health information, religion, ethnicity, or preferences that may reveal sexual orientation or sex life, you consent to our processing of that information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms, subject to your local law rights.

 

We may request separate opt-ins for certain uses, including precise GPS, Adult Content features, AI training involving sensitive content, targeted advertising, sale/sharing of data, or other processing where required by law.

8. AI and automated systems

 

We may use AI-assisted systems for matching, recommendations, fraud detection, scam detection, age-risk detection, random verification selection, content review, moderation assistance, ranking, profile visibility, advertising, product improvement, and training or improving models. AI systems may make suggestions or risk scores, but human review may be used for significant moderation decisions where appropriate or legally required.

9. Location data

 

Wiibidate uses location to show nearby users, support matching, enforce regional rules, improve safety, prevent fraud, and provide Premium location features. Users may choose precise GPS locating or approximate GPS locating where available. Users may hide location, manually set location, browse globally, or spoof/change location where the Service allows it; however, misleading or unsafe use may affect matching, moderation, or safety decisions.

 

Exact addresses and private locations should not be shared publicly or with people you do not trust.

10. Cookies, tracking and advertising

 

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, account login, CAPTCHA, preferences, advertising, affiliate tracking, conversion tracking, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not currently use Google Analytics based on the information provided for this policy.

 

Advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, inferred interests, and interaction data to show or measure advertising. We may show targeted ads where lawful. We do not knowingly target ads to minors based on profiling. In the UK/EU/EEA, we do not use special-category data such as sexuality, religion, ethnicity, or health for targeted advertising unless and only to the extent that such use is lawful and supported by valid consent or another permitted basis.

    • advertising networks, affiliate partners, measurement partners, and marketing partners where lawful;

 

    • app stores and mobile-platform providers if future apps are introduced;

 

    • law enforcement, regulators, courts, safety organisations, child-protection bodies, payment networks, tax authorities, and government agencies where required or permitted;

 

    • professional advisers, insurers, auditors, accountants, legal advisers, and dispute-resolution providers;

 

    • buyers, investors, lenders, successors, or transferees in connection with a merger, sale, financing, restructuring, insolvency, acquisition, or transfer of the Service;

12. Sale and sharing of personal information

 

Where lawful, Wiibidate may sell, share, license, rent, disclose, or otherwise make available certain categories of personal information for advertising, marketing, analytics, affiliate, commercial, product-development, AI, or business purposes. Where local law gives you a right to opt out of sale or sharing, you may email kelcorp.shop@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. We will honour applicable opt-out rights to the extent required by law.

 

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors where prohibited by law.

13. International transfers

 

We are based in England and Wales, but we operate worldwide and may store, access, process, or transfer information in the UK, EEA, United States, and other countries. Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR restricts international transfers, we use or require appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, transfer risk assessments, contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

14. Retention

 

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with law, process payments, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, report child-safety issues, support law enforcement, enforce Terms, preserve evidence, maintain backups, support AI/model integrity, fulfil tax/accounting duties, and defend legal claims.

 

When a user deletes an Account, active Account access is deleted or disabled, but we may retain data for the longest period legally permitted where reasonably necessary for law enforcement, safety, evidence, fraud prevention, moderation, payment, tax, accounting, backups, legal claims, or compliance. Messages, banned-account data, safety reports, verification evidence, payment records, and moderation records may be retained for as long as legally required or legally permitted for those purposes.

 

Backups may be retained for as long as legally possible and operationally necessary, subject to data-protection principles and applicable law.

15. Your rights

 

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, request portability, appeal certain decisions, opt out of marketing, opt out of sale/sharing, limit sensitive-data use, complain to a regulator, or challenge automated decisions. We may verify your identity and account ownership before responding. Some rights may be limited by law, safety, fraud prevention, legal claims, child protection, payment records, tax obligations, backup limitations, or other users’ rights.

17. California and US state privacy rights

 

California residents and residents of other US states may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising rights, depending on whether applicable thresholds and legal conditions are met. For the previous 12 months, categories of data collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared may include identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation, audio/visual content, sensitive personal information, inferences, and user-generated content, as described in this Privacy Policy.

18. Children and young users

 

The Service is primarily for users aged 18 or over. Where local law allows younger users to access matchmaking services and Wiibidate makes age-appropriate access available, we may apply additional restrictions. Adult Content, explicit content, paid adult features, sexual monetisation, cash-out, and similar age-restricted features are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly process minors’ data for targeted advertising where prohibited by law.

 

If you believe a minor is using the Service unlawfully or is involved in sexual, exploitative, grooming, or unsafe conduct, contact kelcorp.shop@gmail.com immediately. We may preserve and report evidence to appropriate authorities where required or permitted.

19. Security

 

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, including access controls, logging, rate limits for free users, CAPTCHA, backups, cloud storage controls, and security monitoring. No service is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, device, email account, and communications.

20. Data breach notifications

 

If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will assess it and notify affected users, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law. Security concerns may be reported to kelcorp.shop@gmail.com.

21. Changes to this Privacy Policy

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we aim to provide at least one month’s notice by email and/or website notice unless shorter notice is required for legal, safety, security, or operational reasons. Continued use after changes take effect indicates acceptance where lawful.
